Community Transport East Renfrewshire
Community Transport East Renfrewshire is a charity that provides a range of transport services to the community. We were the first voluntary group to recieve the Bob Scott Brown Award from the Institude of Health Care management in 2003.You or a loved one may need help to attend your medical appointments, or you maybe looking to hire a vehicle with a trained driver.
Community Transport East Renfrewshire can arrange these for you through the ‘Your Wee Red Bus’ service. Other services we provide include shopping trips and afternoon teas held at our offices in Barrhead. Why not come on by for a cup of tea and a friendly chat. Its a great way to spend an afternoon among great company. Most of our work is run by volunteers who use their own vehicles to carry out a service for patients by taking them to appointments at hospitals, clinics and GP surgeries.
